While we try and be as consistent as possible across our global team, certain benefits differ depending on where you are physically located, so this page outlines what is available to you based on your country of residence.

🏥 Healthcare

It's important that we can all stay healthy and well in order to do our best work, and our healthcare benefits make sure the physical and mental health needs of our teams can be met swiftly, easily and comprehensively. Unfortunately we are currently only able to offer private healthcare for employees based in the UK and US.

📚 Professional Growth

We believe that everyone at Founders Pledge should have the opportunity to learn and grow during their time with us. As such, every employee is eligible for an annual Professional Growth budget to be spent on the things that they feel will help their development the most.

The annual Professional Growth budget is as follows:

This budget is available to all permanent employees from day 1 (i.e. you won't have to wait until after you've passed your probationary period for it to kick in) and will reload at the beginning of each calendar year.

There are two points to note with this budget:

  1. Employees are not be eligible to incur new spend while on their notice period will and may be liable to repay spend for activities that take place during their notice period, even if they were booked before the notice period began
  2. Employees who join before the end of August will receive the full allowance, employees joining from September 1st will receive the following amounts for the remainder of that year:

To spend your Professional Growth budget, you should first discuss your proposed spend with your manager and once you have both agreed on how you will spend the money, you should:

  1. Submit details of your spend using this form
  2. Either request a virtual card or submit an expense through Spendesk
